Some clients don't find their house — they imagine it. The office accompanies new builds on the Balearics from the first plot visit to the day the key turns, so you don't have to be on the island for any of it.

Building on the Balearics is above all a permitting exercise. We coordinate architects, technical studies, and the licence process with the municipality — realistically, and with patience where it's needed.
